Featured User of the Week: Shauna L

This week's featured user is Shauna a.k.a The Most Popular Person On Avenue7. We really like the way she accessorises her outfits. Here is a sample of her style:

What don’t we kick things off with you telling us about yourself?
Well I'm Shauna Locke and I'm 15 now since the 8th of December. And I'm an Irish gal! I am currently in my 3rd year at a Catholic Secondary School.

What are three of your daily reads?)
I read "Kiss Magazine". I currently check up my favourite bands on their offical sites e.g Paramore, New Found Glory and Seether. I read just their blogs and write back to them sometimes. I also check on their next tour info and stuff.

How would you describe your style?
If I was going somewhere I would make more of an effort. I love to be accessorised and all "Dolled-up". When I'm at home I usually dress very casually. I'm part punk rock chick so that would be my overall style. Overall, I like my style to be very versatile so I can find something to wear at anywhere I shop.

How did you find out about Avenue7? Do you have any ideas on how we can get the ‘Avenue7’ word out more quickly?
One of my friends had Avenue7 as a group on Bebo and I saw it and added it. Then I noticed the link which brought me here and then I signed up. I think chain messages are a very weird but good way of getting a message around: like if you sent me an email about Avenue7 and in that message you told me to pass the message on to say 10 other people, the 10 people I chose will have to send that same message to another 10 people. And before you know it, loads of people will know about Avenue7!

Tell us a little about what you use Avenue7 for and why?
I like to use Avenue7 because it's like being in my own little world when I go on it. It's like I'm some professional designer looking for clothes for somebody famous! At the same time, I'm also very interested in trends and how they change and come back into style! e.g. Leggings was a big hit in the 1960's and now they have come back strongly again in the last 2yrs ago. Oh! And I like to mix and match clothes dramatically at the same time still making it acceptable by the majority of people. Lastly, I also like to give advice on what I think is nice in outfits.

What are your 3 personal favourite outfits on Avenue7 and why?

I chose this one because this person used the same colour but easily defined that the outfit offically portraed can be versitile by changing one thing about the outfit but still making the outfit work. I thought it was a great way of approching an outfit by giving a choice to different tastes.

I chose this one because it is so simple and so elegant it makes someone look extravagant by wearing a simple dress with accessories.

I chose this one because its so different. It has amazing potential and I love the whole scene thing going on now. I just think its a 'KLASS' style.

Any suggestions for things you would like to see on Avenue7?
Maybe some music would be nice. Oh! And an Agony Aunt.

Your room is on fire, you can only grab 3 items from your wardrobe. What are they?
My black skinnies, my black leather handbag and my fav "Glam Rock Disco" pink and black T-shirt.
