Have you ever seen the TV show The City? If you have you will certainly know Olivia and if you haven't I demand you watch it immediately if not sooner! The City is a spin off show from The Hills and it follows the fashion careers of Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo. It pains me to say that Olivia is portrayed as a frosty lady but this frosty lady knows how to dress herself.
If you want to dress like Olivia the first thing you must must must have is a big fat statement necklace. The bigger and bejeweled the better.
For a classic Olivia look team black city shorts with a smart top like the silk panel blouse shown below or a black stripy top.
Team that up with a jacket, like this suede waterfall one.
Finish off the look with some heels.
I really like her look because she always looks polished, elegant and edgy.
