What don’t we kick things off with you telling us about yourself?
Firstly, Thank you so much for choosing me, it's a pleasure to be featured on the blog! Anyway, My real name is Jennifer Alexander but most people on Avenue 7 call me Jenny or Jen. I am 14 years old and come from the Capital of the UK London!;) Basically i'm in love with fashion. especially fashion magazines like VOGUE or ELLE, i read them all the time! thats where i mostly get my ideas from for my outfits. My other intrests include Music, Photography, Football and being with my friends. Right now i'm on Avenue7 , msn & Stardoll and just about to eat a chochlate bar hehe.
How would you describe your sense of style?
My sense of style changes constantly, normally i would say it's very girlie and simple but then i like to go for an edgier look when i'm in the mood. My style is also effected by what the latest trends are right now. for example i love the sheer/nude look and the military trend i'm crazy about ;) i also like to be very unique and different from other people.
Tell us a little about what you use Avenue7 for and why?
I use Avenue7 to keep in touch with my creative side mostly. I enjoy clothes& making outfits work together well, it lets me express my style and personality as well i suppose. I also log on tochat to my Avenue7 friends (they'reallamazing) and i send lots of wall posts to people;) I also give advice to other designers on Avenue7 a lot. And last but not least i love adding different clothes to the site to see if other people use them in their outfits or not ;)
Tell us how you go about creating an outfit? Where do you get your inspiration from?
Basically, i have a range of different sources of inspiration, like i said above from fashion magazines like VOGUE they have some great spreads to copy from. What goes on around me, I also sometimes interpret ideas from other peoples outfits. I also use a persons face/body in my outfits a lot so i think about what outfit would best suit the person that would be wearing it.
What are your 3 favourite outfits on Avenue7 and why?
J: That's a tough one! there all so amazing! but this one is stunning by one of my favourite ever Avenue7 designers *rebecca'
J: This is by my favourite girl holly * (iloveyou!) she's just BRILLIANT!
J: Potes' just fantastic isn't she?! she just keeps coming up with the some of the best Avenue7 outfits ever made! here's a beautiful example.
What fashion trends are cool where you live now?
Where i live?:o ermm... hahaa, a lot of us teenage girls round where i am adore leggings and belts and at the moment cute little summer dresses! Another thing us girlss here love is the punk trend in London also tons of designer gear is seen around the west side (e.g.knightsbridge&chelsea) i'm so jealous of them girls who shop in places like, Harrods and Burberry!
How did you come up with the name for your Fashion Label?
That was just a random one to be honest;) i was thinking of "Haute" Couture = High Fashion then i just added Darling so "High Darling" haha ;p
Any suggestions for things you would like to see on Avenue7 and shout outs to people?
YES SHOUT-OUTS! basically to my gorgeous friend Holly on Avenue7 (ILOVEYOU!), also Mary & Rebecca they're lovely.

ohhh hard one! my favourite celebrity is probably GAGA! i lovee herr music so muchh;D she's like an icon her fashion sense is out of this world but it's amazing! also i love Lauren Conrad& Olivia Palermo.
